Shipping Policy
This ordering system is only for our accepted distributors to give order information. By ordering from this website, the shipping cost will be on us for a minimum of order 500$ before tax(some destinations are exceptional).
We will ship to most of the countries in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates and tracking information may notice by the way you prefer(Email or Text Message). Normally, on the business day, we will ship the order received before 2 PM on the same day. It will take 1- 3 business days normally and a maximum of 10 days for most destinations.

Return & Exchange Policy
It is possible to credit defective merchandise up to 30 days after the initial purchase.
But it does not allow any exchange after shipping.
If your order is not exact upon reception, you need to communicate with your representative within 7 days from reception. We will not approve any claims on inexact orders passed this delay.
The return period can be extended in some cases to accommodate the manufacturer's policy. Return or exchange of merchandise past 30 days after the purchase is on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Energy Plus Vape. You can reach us for more details.

To return defective items for credit, you need to first fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
